1) There is a simple return policy of 3 weeks (21 days) and if you would like to return what you have purchased please contact us through email. If the product is faulty we will review and if the request is valid you have the option of exchange or refund.

2) Gift cards can not be refunded

3) If you need to repair your purchase after the 30 day return period we will confirm the price of repair upon request.

4) All orders will be dispatched from Jin Ah Jo’s studio within 5 days of order and posted by Australia Post express mail, which will take 2~3 days in nation wide. However, under COVID-19 restrictions especially in December 2020 delay may occur.
